Hi, I’m Leeja (LEE-juh)

I’m a real life lawyer on a mission to demystify the law and how it affects your everyday life.

I do this through innovative and entertaining content creation that uses current events and pop culture to uncover the way the United States legal system works, why it functions the way it does, and how to question and dismantle the things that aren’t working. Basically, I’m creating the content I needed when I was a law student and new lawyer.

Yes, you can be badass, tattooed, and opinionated and also be a lawyer. People do it everyday. And you don’t need anyone’s permission either. (This is a message from me to younger me. And also maybe to you if you need it, too.)
